| How to make a order |
All the products and goods you can order on-line in www.nestar.net:
- Choose from the catalog the product you have interest,
and fix the quantity...
and put in"Shopping carter".
- In the shopping carter check all the goods you chosed then
"make order".
- In the order fill up at least the basic datas about you, payment way, your agreement with the terms and conditions...
and "send the order".
The order should be regristred and in the shortest time prepared. In this time we will send you an email with the confirmation of your order. In the next 24 working hours we will contact you by phone or email, and inform you the situation of your order.
To business parter we offer trade-prices. If you registrated yourself as a business parter, in the next 24 working hours we will contact you and ask from you a copie of your Trade certificate. Then your company will be registred in our business system. In case you will have any question do not hesitate and contact us. |
Basic estableshments
Nestar International c.i. a., is a VAT payer in Czech Rep. All the products and services prices includes VAT.
The seller has to communicate about all the properties of the product to sell, and to guarantee to supply the goods in the best quality and in the agreed time, which will be confirmed to the client by Nestar. Nestar has to informate (by email or telephone) the buyer, the picked up of the order, its expedition, and the payment for the goods. Every order, which the buyer confirm is considered as binding order.
Delivery (Transport)
The order can be deliveried to the place you choose: home, work, chalet; simply the place where you prefer or you will spend some time. We delivery exclusively in Czech Rep.
Current time to delivery the goods is, from the date of order to the delivery is wrote down in the catalog and for each product different. In case we should be not able to delivery in that time, you will be informated inmediatly by email or telephone.
Actually we delivery in the following ways:
1. For orders including more then 12 bottles of wine
- Delivery in Prague free of charge
- Delivery in Czech Republic is possible, please contact us for more information
- Cash on delivery
2. For orders including more then 10 kg of beef
- Delivery in Prague free of charge
- Delivery in Czech Republic is not possible
- Cash on delivery
3. Other orders
- To be picked up at the warehouse
- Payment in cash
to be collect at warehouse, Bořivojova 112, Praha 3
For our clients we delivery twice by week (Tuesday and Thrusday). The delivery date will be agrese with you based in your time schedule.
Prices for transport and packing are just in Czech Rep territory.
If are you interested in claim the goods, follow please the next steps:

Goods which you are interested to claim, must be deliveried back to Nestar address.
The goods must be in the original packing including the invoice or the buy documents.
In case of damage between the transportation, the transporter is reponsable for the damage.
The money will be return by bank transfer, in the 10 followings days after picked up the goods, in some cases we exchange the goods.
Guarantee and claim
After the delivery we are not responsable for damane caused improper storage or manipulation of the goods by the customer.
Goods are possible to return (by certificated post) to Nestar International s.r.o., Borivojova 112, 130 00, Praha 3. In the box write down: Reverse delivery
Money should be return by bank transfer in the 10 following days after picked up the goods. Goods are not possible to send by „Cash on delivery“
In case you will not follow this step the goods will be return at expense of the sender adress.
